Who Should Apply For Student Travel Insurance?
Students from the EU travelling within the EU do not necessarily require student travel insurance. Healthcare agreements exist between EU countries. However, keep in mind that you may need student insurance coverage for a visit to the dentist or you may lose your luggage or have your computer or other personal belongings stolen ………………. and don’t forget third party liability!
So, take a few minutes to look at the benefits and security of being insured properly!
Students from the EU travelling to the USA/Canada or other non-EU countries must ALL have insurance which, of course, includes adequate medical insurance.
The same applies to ALL students travelling from non-EU countries to Europe or travelling between non-EU countries.
